The staff was supportive and helpful.Mohan duty manager was very humble and very supportive.

Friendly staff at reception...who even upgraded my room.

Wash basin in toilet blocked.Staff in kitchen not versed with communicating menu available for room service

The hotel is not neat. Numerous cockroaches found running on the food.....while dinning for breakfast, so called complimentary breakfast......Food quality was bad. It's not worth the money....No privacy even inside the room, as we couldn't lock the door from inside. House keeping staff entered the room while I was sleeping.... As there is no system to know whether the guest is inside the room or not....I didn't find time to discuss these issues with the hotel management.....

We were confirmed rooms of 258 sq ft but rooms given were much smaller...at 11 pm night we were made to wait for rooms and rooms given to us were far from each other .. front desk was not cooperative n unpleasent..

The Hotel represents itself as 4 star property but the room and specially the bathroom are poor grade, stinky and not even of 2 star quality.The Hotel doesn't justify the price they charge and it's only booked for location nearby Airport.Food spread is also limited and average taste.Staff doesn't care about Morning wake up cals.

Good location. Helpful staff. Except for the leaking air conditioners in the lobby, the rest were good. We had a comfortable stay.

There is nothing here to say. But I request the management to take care of some nails near restroom at room # 408. Sometimes it stick outside the floor and it's not safe for our toe. Please look in to that

The rest room was not clean.The wifi was not working intially and staff was not helpful.The hotel reception area need upgrading.food quality was just average.The room rent is overrated for the facilities and cleanliness.

Location and food good

The service level was bad. I checked in at 3AM on 12th morning. To my surprise no body helped me to bring my luggage to the lobby. Previous day I telephoned from Dubai and Lemontee confirmed that the room with 2 beds would be provided. But on my arrival I was given a room with sigle bed and very small room (807). Next day they agreed to shift me. No one helped me to transfer the luggage. I have to do it myself. To my surprise I was given a "smoking room (room no. 302)". I have to stay till evening . The whole floor and the room was stinking with cigarette smell. Later in the evening they gave the right room (room no 602). Again I have to carry my luggage to the new room . The only consolation was the lady receptionist accepted my request for late check out on 13th evening. I will not blame the front office staff. They were very apologetic. First thing, there is not enough people to serve and the system is not able to identify the customer's request. Food was good.

The location is great. Some of the traffic diversion make it annoying but still the location cannot be complained of. The staff were courteous and accommodated our request to manage the booking as it was double booked at booking.com site.

Have been visiting the hotel for over a decade. Now it is run down and requires an uplift. The mattress were too soft. The rooms had a stale smell. Not very clean and the furniture has an old look

I liked the fact that the staff was genuinely trying their best to help. The food was ok.

The rooms need an urgent refurbishment. And frankly, the wifi sucks! The first room I was checked into - the wifi connection was flaky. The staff was kind enough to move me to a new room. However, the room has a limit on how many wifi devices you can connect - only 2. So in my case, I had 3 devices, I had to purchase an additional "high speed" internet connection - but even that was flaky - logging in and then logging out. The hotel did not charge me for this when I complained - so that was good. But money aside, as a business traveller - a good strong wifi connection is a MUST for any business hotel these days.

Breakfast was excellent. Location was very convenient to go to our destination. Staffs were very nice. Management is excellent and they are doing lots of social work.

Breakfast and dinner was good.Specially I should thank to Kiran and Lakshmi.Very caring and always checked about my food.

Room is small and amenities also not up to the standard.Actually it is not meet my expectations.

My stay at Lemon Tree Guindy was very disappointing. This particular branch is very poorly maintained. The ambience and quality of rooms was nowhere close to the 4 star hotel that they claim to be. The room I was in smelled badly of pest control including the bedding. I found it very difficult to breathe that smell all night and got a headache. Sleep was poor because of the same. The wood panelled floors were worn out. There was one bottle in the bathroom which was supposed to be for both body and hair which is not fitting for a 4 star. No moisturiser or shampoo or conditioner. Towels were thin and not great quality. Food was not good so I ate only if I had no other choice and there is an extremely limited menu. No one offered to take my bags up on the day I came and I took it myself. It wasn’t difficult but one expects much much better service from a 4 star hotel. I have stayed in other hotels of this chain in other states which were good but this was so below standard. I would never stay in this place again. Please don’t book me in this place ever again??

Location was central

The rooms were smelling and especially the bathroom. We had to request it to be cleaned on arrival. The sheets were stained and the dustbins did not have covers and were filthy. The upholstery needs replacement .
